Manufacturing Process
The excellence aim is in all the stages of the floor production, from the wood selection to the package and transport logistics. To guarantee the quality of its products, IndusParquet unites important differentials: experience, technology and respect to the environment.

Our woods supplies are separated according to the regions they are from and also according to the species they are. This guarantees a delivery on time. We count on a qualified workforce and trained by experienced collaborators who have been working in our company for a long time.

The kiln and manufacturing machines have the most modern technology. The drying process is made in 17 kilns. In this sector the wood is submitted to temperatures between 40 °C and 70 °C for more than 10 days, thus eliminating any type of fungus or parasites existing in the wood.

At the end of the drying process, the wood?s conditioning guarantees a great stability to the product. In all the stages of the process, a classification is made and maximum use of wood and sawdust used as combustible in the steam generation for the kilns. Then, a total good use of the raw material is guaranteed.

Quality of life

We have a team of security experts to assure the suitable use of the equipment and EPIs avoiding accidents, and keeping them in a low number.

One of the most important factors for the excellence related to the quality of Indusparquet products is due to its collaborators; therefore the company provides a satisfactory and secure work place, providing training about prevention systems, competent teams to assure the security in emergency situations, operational training and equipment of individual protection aiming at health and physical integrity.


Socio environmental responsibility

Indusparquet shows its concern over the environment always guaranteeing the less possible impact in the nature. The concern starts with the extraction of the trees planning, going through the reforestation areas, besides taking 100 % advantage of all the wood.

FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) - Attendance to the Principles and Criteria of the FSC for a suitable use of the forest.

IBAMA - All raw material used by IndusParquet is approved by Ibama (Brazilian Institute for Environment and Renewable Resources).

Projeto Moleque (Moleque project) - Educational Assistance for destitute children of the community, in a full time or part-time boarding school. Nowadays 80 families are watched by it.

Projeto Jovem Aprendiz (Jovem Aprendiz Project) - Qualification of under 16 year-old teenagers, from local community who work part-time in Indusparquet joinery, developed especially for them and which aims at learning the woodwork?s craft.
